Having a dedicated and experienced Project Management team working closely with the design team from the outset is key to delivery a successful project. At Delvado we take pride in how we manage projects; co-ordinating delivery schedules, engineers and other trades ensures the smooth running of your project.

Regular site visits from day one checking that the floors, walls, ceilings and services are correctly installed in accordance with the original specification.

Once your site is ready our Project Manager co-ordinates deliveries to ensure installation is completed on time, to the satisfaction of the client and adhering to current statutory regulations.

On completion the Project Manager organises training at a convenient time complete with the handover of commissioning sheets and other certification and documentation.
