Overview

A blend of Rainforest Alliance Certified Brazil and Vietnam coffees, roasted to allow full development of flavours and attributes typical of the varieties from the respective regions.

Brazil has some of the most nutrient-rich soils making the coffees from the regions medium to full-bodied and Vietnam has the ideal climate for growing rich, full-bodied Arabica and Robusta.

Roaster’s Notes

This particular blend and roast produces a coffee with some distinct aromas of a cedar quality and buttery notes from the soft cup profile of the Brazil.

The roasted aroma is magnificent and allows for a wonderful coffee especially at the start of the day, but may be enjoyed all day.

This roast profile can be used for a medium espresso roast too, the voluptuous crema cuts through milk with ease producing a memorable drink.
